On the Miami flesh eating incident. I was struck by it because it was so easy to dehumanize both individuals involved in the incident and turn it into just another internet meme. That bothers me. I haven't seen much on the victim yet, but here's a report about the perpetrator and the family.
Of course, there's still a lot unknown, and will probably never be known. Could it have been a delusion created by a strong belief in voodoo? There's more going on here than just some Romero shit.
